Returns and refunds

Our Limited Edition prints are made to your order as single bespoke numbered pieces and therefore non refundable once payment has been made. 

We hope that you will always be pleased with your purchase.

In the unlikely event you receive your print and it does not meet your expectation. Let us know via our contact form stating your order reference in the subject header.

Where we offer 'Non Limited' items

We will offer a refund on returned of items

2) Reason for return: damage, incorrect item(s), or just not happy. 

We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Please return the item within 14 days of initial delivery. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we have received the returned item and let you know when a refund is approved. We would hope to refund your original payment method within 10 working days. However it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
